My life changed in mid June 2010, I stepped on my glasses and they were history. Swiftly I went into town, to my nearest optical center. Attempting to buy a new pair was thwarted by a federal law, 2 years since my last exam required me to have my eyes tested.FINE ... I expected a normal routine exam just like all the ones before in previous decades. Only this time, I was complaining to the doctor that the eye chart was to far away. Nearly impossible to see, could we adjust the chart a bit closer? The doctor proceeded to invite me for further testing; as we moved the chair from optical machine to the next ... we ended up at the photo of the retina machine. Suddenly the doctor began to make sounds of concern and began to offer me an education of what was showing on the enlarged image of my eyes.

Pointed out was a specific area of yellow spots, which she named as drusen. I had never heard of it and she then delivered the fatal statement.I am diagnosing you with Macular Degeneration and you need to see an ophthalmologist and referred a doctor to me. When she told me it was the leading cause of blindness, I asked her what's the cure? "There is NONE" she replied.Immediately I told her, I highly doubted that fact. The next morning, I called the eye clinic and asked them how many patients were they able to cure M.D.? They told me there were none because there is no cure. That ended that call and I revolted by not calling them back for an appt.Therein began, in earnest, a deep dive into Google. For weeks all I could find was typical responses about there being no cure, leading cause of blindness, wet & dry details, new technology, new drugs, nothing that promising.At some point, I figured I was looking in all the wrong places and had new insight into using different key words...My google search turned to: Holistic Treatment, Natural Remedy, Reversal, Testimonials, etc...And my hope factor went to a 10 ... I discovered ACUPUNCTURE being the strongest showing of reversals by way of testimony.

I then began to consider who I might select as my acupuncturist ... and a twist of fate brought that practitioner right to me. Dr. Ricardo was open to meeting another acupuncturist that was treating major vision challenges by acupuncture with remarkable results. Dr. Ricardo proceeded to follow the track and made a decision to travel the distance, take the time and spend the funds, which would offer an intensive specialized training for vision disorders.

I'm so happy to report that I was among his very first patients here on Maui at his Three Treasures clinic. I underwent the suggested protocol of 3'xs a day for 12 days. Prior to the start I went to my ophthalmology clinic and took a BEFORE vision field test. Afterward, I went to the same clinic for an AFTER VFT ... the technician replied : WOW ! to the very distinct difference between both exams. I was thrilled.

My testimony is that my vision is improved after just one round of the suggested protocol.
